Our story
Founded to Fill the Gap Nobody Else Could
DiGiKloud was founded in 2022 in Bengaluru, India, by a team of 3 engineers who kept seeing the same problem: IoT projects failing at integration — not because the technology didn't exist, but because no single team owned the full stack.
Hardware specialists couldn't architect the cloud. Cloud consultants couldn't configure a PLC. Software developers couldn't select a sensor. The result was handoff failures, blown budgets, and projects that never reached production.
We built DiGiKloud to be that single team. Today, 15+ technologists in our Bengaluru headquarters and Coimbatore development centre collectively master embedded systems, industrial protocols, cloud platforms, full-stack development, and data engineering.

Platform Launch & Scale
Launched the DiGiKloud IoT platform on ThingsBoard. Team grew to 10+ technologists. Crossed 50 clients across energy, water, smart buildings, and healthcare. Established partnerships with ThingsBoard and Autodesk Tandem teams.
IIoT Expansion — 18+ Solutions
Expanded into 18+ solution domains. Digital twin for University of Glasgow. Crypto mining monitoring for USA clients. Crossed 100 clients, 300+ device integrations, and 1,000+ real-time cloud messages. Recognised as ThingsBoard implementation partner.

Integrated 7 university buildings via BACnet controllers — reading 50,000+ data points. Built custom edge gateway to evaluate, filter, transform data and publish to Azure IoT Hub. Mapped data into Autodesk Tandem digital twin model. Implemented heat maps and energy-saving strategies visible in the digital twin interface.
Iniotech — 800 LoRa Leak Detectors Across 6 Hotels
Integrated 800 LoRaWAN leak detector sensors from hotel buildings into a private Chirpstack network server. Created data decoders, ThingsBoard integration and data converter, and custom floor plan dashboards showing real-time sensor status for each hotel floor. Included energy meter integration for government compliance monitoring.
Axs Managed Services — BESS EMS Edge Gateway
Custom edge gateway on Raspberry Pi — Modbus TCP/RTU → MQTT conversion, Time-of-Use management, Demand Charge Management, active/passive charging event execution, SOC management, power distribution logic, and store-buffer-deliver during connectivity loss. Integrated Solar Inverter, BESS Inverter, and Energy Meter with Azure IoT.
CDI of Monroe — Lift Station Pump Monitoring
ThingsBoard deployment for lift pump station monitoring — complex dashboards tracking pump state, run time, idle time, and fault time. Security dashboards for door/valve alert events. OTAA firmware upgrade functionality, email and SMS notifications, and separate customer admin and device admin dashboards with role-based access.
Axis Mobile Ventures — Smart Healthcare Ecosystem
Integrated 6 healthcare device types: door sensor, smoke detector, motion detector, BP monitor, smartwatch, and panic button. Developed edge gateway system to process, evaluate, and transform sensor data before publishing to ThingsBoard. Rule engine, device provisioning, custom dashboards, user access, alerts, and notifications — live and maintained since 2022.
Metersense — Smart Water Metering Platform
Integrated Adeunis, Dragino, and Milesight water pulse counters via LoRaWAN and IoT Core. Created ThingsBoard integration with device management, data converter, and storage. Built custom dashboards with reports, alarms, and multi-user management. Live production platform at metersense.io.
